1. Indoor Placement:

Our nameplates are not recommended for outdoor use where they are exposed to direct sunlight and rain. For optimal preservation, place them indoors.

2. Cleaning Instructions:

These nameplates and accompanying flowers are not washable. To maintain their pristine condition, use the provided soft painting brush. Gently brush off any dust or particles. The nameplate base can be cleaned with a soft cloth.

3. Damage Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement or repair services for any damage that may occur to the nameplate after delivery. To address any damage during courier delivery, we require an unboxing video for reference within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

4. Framing Options:

If you wish to frame your nameplate, we offer two options:

• Wooden Frame (for square or rectangle shapes):

Enhance the presentation of your nameplate with a classic wooden frame.

• Acrylic Cover (for circle, oval, hexagon, or shield shapes):

Opt for a modern touch with an acrylic cover, providing protection and elegance to your unique design.
